The invention belongs to the technical field of ship construction, and particularly relates to a ventilation method for a ballast tank of a semi-submerged ship. The ventilation method comprises the steps that in the dock building process, after a bottom ballast tank is formed and a closed space is formed, air is supplied through a first ventilation hole in an outer bottom plate by using an air supply device, meanwhile, an air draft device is arranged in a second ventilation hole in a double-layer bottom plate to extract the air, and convection is formed. Along with formation of the ship body, air is continuously supplied through the first ventilation holes, air draft equipment is arranged in each ballast tank, and regional air convection is achieved through the manholes. And after construction is completed, related ventilation holes are closed, it is ensured that all ballast tanks are in a closed state, and smoke dust and harmful gas are effectively exhausted by accurately controlling air supply and air suction. Ventilation schemes of different construction stages are formulated, the ventilation flow direction is defined, the temporary working holes and the permanent manholes are utilized, the air supply device and the air draft device are used, and ventilation is conducted on the ballast tank, so that the construction environment is improved, and the construction operation efficiency is improved.

    本发明属于船舶建造技术领域,具体是涉及一种用于半潜船压载舱的通风方法。该通风方法包括:在船坞建造过程中,当底压载舱成形且形成密闭空间后,通过外底板上的第一通风孔用送风装置送入空气,同时在双层底板的第二通风孔布置抽风装置抽出空气,形成对流。随着船体成形,继续通过第一通风孔送风,并在各压载舱设置抽风设备,通过人孔实现区域空气对流。施工完毕后,关闭相关通风孔,确保各压载舱形成封闭状态,通过精确控制送风和抽风,有效排除烟尘及有害气体。本发明通过制定不同施工阶段的通风方案,明确通风流向,利用临时工作孔、永久人孔,并使用送风装置、抽风装置,对压载舱进行通见换气,以达到改善施工环境,提高施工作业效率。
