The suspension mounting structure comprises a vehicle body suspension, a vehicle body longitudinal beam, a vehicle body side longitudinal beam and a doorsill beam, and the vehicle body suspension is vertically and detachably fixed to the lower portion of the doorsill beam through a suspension mounting support and a bolt and nut structure; the suspension mounting bracket comprises a suspension mounting lower bracket which is fixed below a doorsill beam and has the inner side fixedly connected with a longitudinal beam of a vehicle body, and a suspension mounting upper bracket which is fixed above the doorsill beam and has the inner side fixedly connected with a longitudinal beam of the vehicle body; and the bolt and nut structure comprises a suspension fixing nut fixed in the suspension mounting upper bracket and a suspension fixing bolt which vertically penetrates through the automobile body suspension and the doorsill beam and is in threaded connection with the suspension fixing nut. The vehicle body is mounted on the doorsill beams in a suspension mode, the structure that an existing vehicle body is mounted on a floor cross beam in a suspension mode is replaced, the distance between the left doorsill beam and the right doorsill beam is reduced under the condition that the interval between the left suspension and the right suspension is not changed, and therefore the vehicle width is reduced, and the occupied space of the vehicle is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种减小车宽的悬置安装结构及其车身布置结构,包括车身悬置、车身纵梁、车身边纵梁和门槛梁,车身悬置通过悬置安装支架和螺栓螺母结构垂直可拆卸固定于门槛梁的下方;悬置安装支架包括固定于门槛梁的下方、内侧与车身纵梁固定连接的悬置安装下支架和固定于门槛梁上方、内侧与车身边纵梁固定连接的悬置安装上支架;螺栓螺母结构包括固定于悬置安装上支架内的悬置固定螺母和垂直穿过车身悬置、门槛梁与悬置固定螺母螺纹连接的悬置固定螺栓。通过将车身悬置安装于门槛梁上,替代了现有的车身悬置安装于地板横梁上的结构,在保证左右悬置间隔不变的情况下,减少了左右门槛梁之间的距离,从而减小了车宽,减少了车辆所占空间。
