The invention discloses a vehicle false acceleration prevention control method and device, electronic equipment, a storage medium and a vehicle. The method comprises: identifying whether a current driver is a target driver; when the driver is the target driver, prompting to start a false acceleration protection mode; under the condition that the false acceleration protection mode is started, when false acceleration operation is detected, the false acceleration operation is ignored. When the driver is judged to be the target driver, the mistaken acceleration protection mode is prompted to be started, and when the mistaken acceleration operation is detected under the condition that the mistaken acceleration protection mode is started, the mistaken acceleration operation is ignored, so that on one hand, the situation that a new driver unfamiliar with the vehicle mistakenly takes an accelerator pedal as a brake pedal to cause mistaken acceleration is avoided; and on the other hand, for the driver who does not need to use the false acceleration protection mode, the driver can have enough independent selection right, and the user requirement is met.

    本发明公开一种车辆防止误加速控制方法、装置、电子设备、存储介质及车辆。方法包括:识别当前驾驶员是否为目标驾驶员;在驾驶员为目标驾驶员时,提示开启误加速保护模式;在误加速保护模式开启情况下,当检测到误加速操作,则忽略所述误加速操作。本发明在判断驾驶员为目标驾驶员时,提示开启误加速保护模式,在误加速保护模式开启情况下,当检测到误加速操作,则忽略所述误加速操作,一方面避免对车辆不熟悉的新驾驶员误把加速踏板当做刹车踏板,导致误加速的情况,提高驾驶安全,另一方面对于无需使用误加速保护模式的驾驶员,能够让其有足够的自主选择权,满足用户需求。
