The invention discloses a front and rear wheel braking torque matching control system for a reach forklift and a control method of the front and rear wheel braking torque matching control system. The front and rear wheel braking torque matching control system comprises a battery, a controller, a brake pedal, a traction motor, a motor speed sensor, a front wheel proportional electromagnetic brake and a pressure sensor, wherein an output shaft of the traction motor is in transmission connection with a driving wheel; the positive electrode of the battery is connected with a KEY port of the controller through a key switch, and the negative electrode of the battery is connected with a B-port of the controller. The signal output end of the brake pedal, the signal output end of the motor speed sensor and the signal output end of the pressure sensor are respectively connected with the signal input end of the controller; the signal output end of the controller is connected with the signal input end of the front wheel proportional electromagnetic brake and the signal input end of the traction motor. By identifying the light and heavy load working conditions of the reach forklift, the braking torque distribution under different driving working conditions is carried out.

    本发明公开了一种前移式叉车用前后轮制动力矩匹配控制系统及其控制方法,包括电池、控制器、制动踏板、输出轴与驱动轮传动连接的牵引电机、电机速度传感器、前轮比例电磁制动器和设置在起升油缸缸底处的压力传感器;所述电池的正极通过钥匙开关与所述控制器的KEY端口连接,所述电池的负极与所述控制器的B‑端口连接,所述制动踏板的信号输出端、所述电机速度传感器的信号输出端和所述压力传感器的信号输出端分别与所述控制器的信号输入端连接,所述控制器的信号输出端分别与所述前轮比例电磁制动器的信号输入端和所述牵引电机的信号输入端连接。本发明通过识别前移式叉车轻、重载工况,进行不同行驶工况下的制动力矩分配。
