The invention discloses a vehicle double-battery voltage regulating system and method based on cascade PI D control, and belongs to the field of new energy automobiles. The system comprises a main low-voltage lithium battery, an auxiliary low-voltage lithium battery, a high-voltage lithium battery, a high-voltage lithium battery management system, a main low-voltage lithium battery management system, an auxiliary low-voltage lithium battery management system, a left domain controller, a right domain controller, a whole vehicle computing center, a whole vehicle controller, a charging and discharging power distribution unit, a driving controller and a battery isolation module. According to the method, the target charging and discharging voltage of the charging and discharging power distribution unit is controlled and adjusted through the double-closed-loop cascade PID according to the state of the battery isolation module, the state of the main low-voltage lithium battery and the state of the auxiliary low-voltage lithium battery, and voltage balance of the main low-voltage lithium battery and the auxiliary low-voltage lithium battery is achieved. According to the invention, stable electric quantity of the double batteries is ensured, redundant backup of the power supply is realized, and functions of automatic driving and the like and reliability of the whole vehicle power supply are improved.

    本发明公开了一种基于串级PI D控制的车辆双电池调压系统及方法,属于新能源汽车领域。所述系统包括主低压锂电池、辅低压锂电池、高压锂电池、高压锂电池管理系统、主低压锂电池管理系统、辅低压锂电池管理系统、左域控制器、右域控制器、整车计算中心、整车控制器、充放电配电单元、驱动控制器、电池隔离模块。所述方法根据电池隔离模块状态、主低压锂电池状态、辅低压锂电池状态,通过双闭环串级PID控制调节充放电配电单元的目标充放电电压,实现了主辅低压锂电池电压平衡。本发明保证了双电池电量稳定,实现了电源冗余备份,提高自动驾驶等功能和整车电源的可靠性。
