According to the embodiment of the invention, the driving condition of the vehicle can be determined according to the average driving energy consumption, the range extender is controlled to execute the corresponding optimal control strategy when the vehicle is in the long downhill mode, navigation information is not needed, the operation is more reliable, the NVH (Noise Vibration and Harshness) performance of the vehicle is improved, the economical efficiency of the vehicle is improved, and the driving experience of a driver is improved.
