The invention discloses a signalized intersection lane allocation method and device based on Bayesian optimization. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a traffic demand to be allocated; constructing a two-stage stochastic programming model for a signalized intersection lane distribution problem; solving the two-stage stochastic programming model by adopting an improved Bayesian optimization method to obtain a reference lane allocation scheme result; the optimization objective of the stochastic programming model in the first stage is to minimize delay expected values of k scenes, and a reference control scheme is provided for the second stage; the optimization objective of the stochastic programming model in the second stage is to minimize the vehicle average delay of each scene, and a delay evaluation result is provided for the first stage; the improved Bayesian optimization method not only can ensure that the lane allocation problem is converged to a globally optimal solution, but also accelerates the convergence speed by fusing traffic physical information. The method is high in precision and efficiency, helps to improve the vehicle passing efficiency of the signalized intersection, and can be widely applied to the technical field of intelligent traffic.
