The invention discloses a parking device, a parking system and an electric vehicle. The parking device comprises a synchronous motor and a locking mechanism; the synchronous motor comprises a stator and a rotor. The stator is fixed to the electric vehicle. The rotor is in transmission connection with wheels of the electric automobile; the locking mechanism is used for locking the rotor, so that a vector included angle between the rotor and the stator is 0 degree or 180 degrees; in the boosting charging process, the torque output by the synchronous motor has the minimum absolute value. In the case of rapid power-off or other emergency power-off, the tooth breaking phenomenon of a mechanical transmission structure caused by rapid power-off can be avoided, and the NVH problem can be relieved or eliminated.
