The invention relates to a monitoring and active adjusting method for unbalanced discharge of in-orbit parallel storage tanks, which comprises the following steps: for two storage tanks MMH-A and MMH-B which are arranged in parallel in a propulsion system and are filled with the same propellant, sticking a thermistor and a heater at the same liquid level position; a self-locking valve is arranged at each of air ports of the two storage tanks and used for controlling on-off of upstream air paths of the storage tanks; according to the temperature change condition of the thermistors in the ignition process, the time difference that the liquid levels of the two storage tanks pass through the thermistors at the same position is judged, and the balanced discharge condition of the two storage tanks is obtained in real time; when unbalanced discharge is generated in the parallel storage tanks, a gas path of the storage tank with more fuel is selectively connected after orbital transfer is finished, and a propellant can flow from the storage tank with higher pressure to the storage tank with lower pressure through a downstream communicating pipeline under the action of pressure difference, so that adjustment of balanced discharge is realized. According to the invention, active control of balanced discharge of the parallel storage tanks is realized, the utilization efficiency of propellants is improved, and deflection of the center of mass and unstable attitude of a satellite caused by large unbalanced discharge are avoided.
本发明涉及一种在轨并联贮箱不平衡排放的监测与主动调节方法,对于推进系统中并联设置且内装有同种推进剂的两只贮箱MMH‑A、MMH‑B,在同一液面位置粘贴热敏电阻与加热器;在两只贮箱气口各设置1个自锁阀用来控制贮箱上游气路的通断;根据点火过程中热敏电阻的温度变化情况判断两只贮箱液面经过同一位置热敏电阻的时间差,实时获得两只贮箱的平衡排放情况;当并联贮箱产生不平衡排放时,在变轨结束后择机接通燃料较多贮箱的气路,推进剂在压差的作用下会通过下游连通管路由压力较高的贮箱向压力较低的贮箱流动,实现平衡排放的调节。本发明实现对并联贮箱平衡排放的主动控制,提高推进剂利用效率,避免由于不平衡排放较大造成的卫星质心偏斜、姿态不稳。
