The invention discloses an alkali liquor electrolytic bath maintenance shifting method, which belongs to the technical field of electrolytic bath maintenance, and comprises the following steps: carrying out nitrogen replacement on a hydrogen production system, returning alkali liquor in an electrolytic bath to an alkali box, dismounting an electrolytic bath pipeline and a copper bar, additionally arranging a blind plate, and unconnecting a positive electrode and a negative electrode on two sides of the electrolytic bath; first round steel and second round steel are inserted into the left side of the electrolytic cell; third round steel and fourth round steel are inserted into a large door of a hydrogen production room on the right side of the electrolytic cell; laying a steel plate and placing a cattle steel plate support; steel wire ropes and U-shaped locks are respectively arranged between two ends of the electrolytic cell and the round steel; and the chain block is pulled to keep the electrolytic bath continuously moving rightwards until the electrolytic bath is moved out of the gate of the hydrogen production room. According to the invention, the electrolytic bath can be safely, stably and linearly moved out from the electrolytic bath base, and the moving-out safety and moving-out efficiency of the electrolytic bath are improved.

    本发明公开一种碱液电解槽检修移位方法,属于电解槽检修技术领域,包括如下步骤:对制氢系统进行氮气置换、电解槽内碱液退回碱箱、电解槽管道及铜排拆除并加设盲板,以及解开电解槽两侧的正负极连接;在电解槽的左侧插入第一圆钢和第二圆钢,在电解槽右侧的制氢间大门外插入第三圆钢和第四圆钢;铺设钢板并放置地牛钢板支撑;在电解槽两端与圆钢之间分别布置钢丝绳和U型锁;拉动手拉葫芦保持电解槽持续向右边移动,直到电解槽移出制氢间大门。本发明能够将电解槽从电解槽基础上安全平稳地保持直线移出,提高了电解槽移出的安全性和移出效率。
