The invention relates to the technical field of transportation devices, in particular to a method and device for carrying indoor electrical equipment of a transformer substation. The method comprises the following steps that S1, pressure values borne by all power wheels in the carrying equipment are obtained in real time; s2, the pressure value data are input into a central processing unit, driving signals of all the power wheels are obtained once every other time period, and all the power wheels are controlled to execute driving actions according to the corresponding driving signals; and S3, according to the pressure values obtained in real time, the central processing unit controls lifting frames on the power wheels to execute lifting actions according to a prediction strategy, so that the pressure values of all the power wheels are equal to a set threshold value. Different power wheel positions and power output can be adjusted according to the hang conditions of the power wheels, and the stability in the carrying process is ensured.

    本发明涉及运输装置技术领域,具体是变电站户内电气设备搬运方法及搬运装置。本发明包括以下步骤:S1、实时获取搬运设备中全部动力轮承载的压力值;S2、将压力值数据输入中央处理器,并每间隔一个时间周期,分别获得一次各动力轮的驱动信号,并控制各动力轮根据相应驱动信号执行驱动动作;S3、中央处理器根据实时获取的压力值,控制动力轮上的升降架按照预测策略执行升降动作,以使得各动力轮的压力值均等于设定的阈值。本发明能根据动力轮的滞空情况调节不同动力轮位置以及动力输出量,确保了搬运过程中的稳定性。
