The single-channel elevator comprises an elevator shaft, a feeding opening is formed in the front side of the lower end of the elevator shaft, a discharging opening is formed in the rear side of the upper end of the elevator shaft, a conveyor used for conveying a material box is horizontally inserted into the feeding opening, and an inserting hole perpendicular to the elevator shaft is formed in the bottom of the material box; a lifting beam is arranged in the lifting well, a front inserting arm is fixedly connected to the front side of the lifting beam, a notch is formed in the lower portion of the rear end of the material box so that the rear wall of the material box can be attached to the rear inner wall of the lifting well, a discharging opening is formed in the rear side of the material box, a box door is hinged to the bottom of the discharging opening, and a right-angle plate is arranged at the top of the box door. The upper end of the right-angle plate and the top face of the material box are locked through a pin, a traction mechanism for dragging the lifting beam is arranged at the top of the lifting well, and an inserting and pulling mechanism for inserting and pulling the pin is further arranged. According to the single-channel elevator and the material lifting method, transverse conveying, vertical lifting and discharging are combined into a whole, and the conveying and discharging efficiency of materials is improved.

    本发明公开了一种单通道提升机及物料提升方法,包括升降井,升降井下端前侧设有进料开口,升降井上端后侧设有卸料开口,进料开口内水平插入设有用于传输物料箱的传输机,物料箱的底部设有垂直升降井设置的插孔,升降井内设有提升梁,提升梁的前侧固接有前插臂,物料箱的后端下部设有缺口,使得物料箱的后壁能够贴合升降井的后内壁,物料箱的后侧设有卸料口,卸料口的底部铰接有箱门,箱门的顶部设有直角板,直角板的上端与物料箱的顶面之间通过销钉锁定,升降井的顶部设有牵引提升梁的牵引机构,还设有用于插拔销钉的插拔机构。该单通道提升机及物料提升方法将横向传输、竖向提升与卸料结合于一体,提升了物料的传输卸料效率。
