According to the anti-overturning control system, method and terminal for the floor double-rocker-arm derrick, the stress condition, the inclination degree, the vibration condition and the external environment parameters of the floor double-rocker-arm derrick can be monitored in real time through monitoring devices installed at all positions of the floor double-rocker-arm derrick; and through the monitoring center, on the basis of a pre-trained derrick fault identification model, according to derrick real-time monitoring data acquired by each monitoring device, the prediction of the probability of the fault of the landing double-rocker derrick and the identification of the fault mode of the landing double-rocker derrick are realized. According to the invention, a machine learning technology is utilized, so that the working state of the landing double-rocker-arm derrick can be intelligently analyzed; and potential risk factors existing in the derrick can be accurately identified according to the automatically calculated safety threshold value, and when the derrick is possibly overturned or other faults occur, an alarm is automatically given, and a power source of the derrick is cut off, so that the construction safety is ensured.
