The invention discloses transformer assembly equipment and an assembly method, and belongs to the field of transformer production and installation. Transformer assembling equipment comprises two sets of vertical plates and further comprises a left top plate and a right top plate which are movably installed between the two sets of vertical plates, the left top plate and the right top plate are movably connected, and supporting arms are movably connected between the left top plate and the vertical plates and between the right top plate and the vertical plates. The side wall of the vertical plate is provided with a jacking assembly used for limiting the supporting arm in the state that the assembling equipment is opened. The top of the left top plate is provided with a hoisting assembly used for hoisting the high-voltage winding, the hoisting assembly is used for clamping the high-voltage winding, belt binding is not needed, and therefore a hoisting clamp and the high-voltage winding can be separated conveniently and are not limited by the installation space. The invention further discloses an assembling method, the high-voltage winding does not need to be manually and repeatedly bound and a belt does not need to be disassembled, and the potential safety hazard of finger extrusion is avoided; and when the device is not used, the occupied space of the whole device can be reduced in a folding mode.

    本发明公开了一种变压器组装设备及组装方法,属于变压器生产安装领域。一种变压器组装设备,包括两组立板,还包括:活动安装于两组所述立板之间的左顶板和右顶板,所述左顶板和右顶板活动连接,且左顶板和右顶板分别与立板之间活动连接有支撑臂,所述立板侧壁设置有用于在组装设备打开的状态下对支撑臂进行限位的顶紧组件;所述左顶板顶部设置有用于吊装高压绕组的起吊组件,利用起吊组件对高压绕组进行夹持,无需皮带捆绑,使起吊夹具和高压绕组便于分离,不受安装空间的限制;本发明还公开一种组装方法,无需人工反复对高压绕组捆绑及拆卸皮带,避免了挤压手指的安全隐患;且在不使用该装置时,能够通过折叠的方式缩小整个装置的占用空间。
