The invention relates to a manned spacecraft microorganism prevention and control device and method. The manned spacecraft microorganism prevention and control device comprises a breather pipe, a replacement rod, a reverse buckle, an inflation and exhaust control console and a clean air source. The replacement rod is of a telescopic hollow fishing rod structure, a reverse buckle is installed at the preset position of the tail end of the ventilation pipe, and the ventilation pipe is plugged into a hollow cavity of the handheld end of the replacement rod and penetrates out of the tail end of the replacement rod in a completely unfolded state, so that one end of the reverse buckle is fixed to the tail end of the ventilation pipe, and the other end of the reverse buckle is clamped to the tail end of the replacement rod. After the ventilation pipe is connected with the replacement rod, the ventilation pipe goes deep into the bottom end of the interior of the cabin body; the air charging and discharging console is arranged outside the cabin, the air inlet is connected with a clean air source, the air outlet is connected with the ventilation pipe, the pressure and flow of clean air are adjusted through the air charging and discharging console, the clean air is gradually injected into the cabin, polluted air in the cabin is discharged out of the cabin, and air in the cabin is purified. The problems that the number of microorganisms in air of a manned spacecraft is large before launching, and purification in a cabin is insufficient are solved.
本发明涉及一种载人航天器微生物防控装置及方法,包括通气管、置换杆、反向卡扣、充排气控制台、洁净气源;置换杆采用可伸缩式空心鱼竿结构,通气管末端预设位置处安装反向卡扣,通气管塞入置换杆手持端的空心腔体内,并从完全展开状态的置换杆末端穿出,使反向卡扣一端固定在通气管末端,另一端卡死在置换杆末端,保障通气管只能单方向活动,连接置换杆后的通气管深入舱体内部底端;充排气控制台设置在舱外,进气口连接洁净气源,出气口连接通气管,通过充排气控制台调节洁净空气的压力和流量,逐步使洁净空气注入到舱内,舱内污染空气被排出舱外,实现舱内空气被净化。解决了发射前载人航天器空气微生物数量较多、舱内净化不充分的问题。
