The invention discloses an offshore wind power anti-storm hydrogen production floating platform and a stabilizing method thereof.The stability of the hydrogen production floating platform is improved through various means, and the stabilizing method comprises the steps that (1) the platform is fixed through a multi-point mooring system; (2) mutually communicated water tanks are configured, when the hydrogen production floating platform inclines, a pendulum bob is used for pushing a corresponding movable plate to move, then a touch switch is triggered to enable a two-way pump to work, water in a lower water tank is pumped into a higher water tank, and the gravity center of the hydrogen production floating platform is reduced in a gravity compensation mode; (3) balance plates are arranged on the two sides of the hydrogen production floating platform so as to increase the contact area between the hydrogen production floating platform and water; (4) arranging a balancing weight capable of moving up and down at the bottom of the hydrogen production floating platform so as to lower the gravity center of the hydrogen production floating platform; and (5) a gyroscope balancer is arranged at the bottom of the cabin of the hydrogen production floating platform, and the stability of the hydrogen production floating platform is improved by utilizing the principle of a gyroscope. The device has the advantage of being good in stability and can effectively cope with strong wind weather.
本发明公开了一种海上风电抗风浪制氢浮式平台及其稳定方法,该制氢浮式平台通过多种手段提高稳定性,包括:(1)通过多点系泊系统固定;(2)配置相互连通的水箱,当制氢浮式平台倾斜时,利用摆锤推动相应的活动板移动,进而触发触碰开关使双向泵工作,将较低水箱中的水泵至较高水箱中,以此重力补偿的方式降低制氢浮式平台的重心;(3)在制氢浮式平台两侧设置有平衡板,以增大制氢浮式平台与水的接触面积;(4)在制氢浮式平台底部设置能够上下移动的配重块,以降低制氢浮式平台的重心;(5)在制氢浮式平台舱室底部设置有陀螺仪平衡器,利用陀螺仪的原理,提高制氢浮式平台的稳定性。本发明具有稳定性好的优点,可有效应对大风天气。
