本发明涉及AGV搬运车制造技术领域,尤其是一种路面自适应AGV搬运车底盘。前置摇摆平衡轮组件、左置摇摆平衡轮组件以及右置摇摆平衡轮组件均采取铰接方式以完成与车架的组装。组装完毕、平置状态下,前置摇摆平衡轮组件的走向与车架的宽度方向保持一致,而左置摇摆平衡轮组件和右置摇摆平衡轮组件的走向与车架的长度方向保持一致。如此,一方面,有效地降低AGV搬运车在行驶进程中的震动,可有效地降低AGV搬运车的颠簸和不稳定感,利于载物负重;另一方面,AGV搬运车在复杂路面上具有优良的行驶适应性,确保底盘轮系共同着地,可避免因地面不平整带来的部分底盘轮系悬空或摩擦力不够而导致的AGV搬运车牵引力不足现象。
