The invention provides a self-takeover air conditioner controller for a rail transit vehicle, and relates to the technical field of rail transit vehicle air conditioners, the self-takeover air conditioner controller comprises an ARM controller and an FPGA, the ARM continuously sends PWM square wave signals to the outside through an I/O pin, the FPGA monitors the running state of the ARM through the PWM square wave signals, if the ARM runs abnormally, the FPGA takes over air conditioning unit control, and if the ARM runs abnormally, the FPGA takes over air conditioning unit control. Executing corresponding actions according to the designed truth table; and when the PWM is normal, taking-over is quitted. By the adoption of the scheme, an additional air conditioner controller does not need to be added, fine adjustment is conducted on the basis of original software and hardware, the working state of the ARM can be monitored by the FGPA, when the ARM breaks down, the FPGA arranged on the air conditioner controller takes over the ARM to control the air conditioner unit, it is guaranteed that the air conditioner system has the basic ventilation, refrigeration and heating capacity, and the air conditioner system is safe and reliable. And the safety and the reliability of the air conditioning system are improved.

    本发明提出了一种用于轨道交通车辆的可自接管的空调控制器,涉及轨道交通车辆空调技术领域,包括ARM控制器和FPGA,ARM通过I/O管脚持续向外部发送PWM方波信号,FPGA通过PWM方波信号监测ARM的运行状态,如果ARM运行异常,FPGA接管空调机组控制,按照设计好的真值表执行相应的动作;当PWM正常之后退出接管。采用本发明提出的方案,无需增加额外的空调控制器,在原有软、硬件基础上做细微的调整,可以实现FGPA对ARM工作状态的监测,在ARM出现故障时,空调控制器自身配置的FPGA接管ARM对空调机组进行控制,保障空调系统具备基本的通风制冷制暖能力,提高了空调系统的安全性和可靠性。
