The invention relates to a fault adjustment method and device for a fuel cell, a vehicle and a storage medium, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining a diagnosis parameter actual value of the fuel cell when an engine is in a running state; judging whether the fuel cell is in a fault state based on the diagnosis parameter actual value; and if the fuel cell is in the fault state, substituting the diagnosis parameter actual value into a pre-established sensitivity equation to determine an actual fault type of the fuel cell, and determining an adjustment parameter of the fuel cell according to the actual fault type so as to adjust the fuel cell by using the adjustment parameter until the fuel cell is out of the fault state. Therefore, the technical problems that the fault is difficult to solve in time, fault shutdown is easily caused, and even irreversible damage to the performance of the fuel cell is caused due to the fact that the fault depends on the effectiveness of the sensor and the specific reason of the fault cannot be confirmed in the related technology are solved.
