The invention provides a method and system for detecting the refrigerant leakage amount of an automobile air conditioning system, and relates to the technical field of automobile fault detection, and the method comprises the steps: determining a saturation pressure value P1 at a temperature corresponding to the optimal refrigerant charge amount M of the automobile air conditioning system; the current environment temperature of the vehicle air conditioning system and the pressure value P3 at the current environment temperature are obtained; the pressure value P3 at the current environment temperature and the saturation pressure value P1 are subtracted, a difference value is obtained, and when the difference value is a negative number, the refrigerant charge M1 corresponding to the pressure value at the current environment temperature is searched; and the difference between the optimal refrigerant charging amount M of the vehicle air conditioning system and the refrigerant charging amount M1 is obtained, when the difference value of the charging amounts is not smaller than a set threshold value, leakage alarm information is output, and the leakage amount and the residual amount are calculated.

    本公开提供了一种汽车空调系统制冷剂泄漏量检测方法及系统,涉及汽车故障检测技术领域,包括确定车辆空调系统制冷剂最佳充注量M所对应温度下的饱和压力值P1;获取车辆空调系统当前环境温度以及当前环境温度下的压力值P3;将当前环境温度下的压力值P3与饱和压力值P1进行作差,获取差值,当差值为负数时,查找当前环境温度下的压力值所对应的制冷剂充注量M1;将车辆空调系统制冷剂最佳充注量M与制冷剂充注量M1作差,当充注量的差值不小于设置的阈值时,输出泄露报警信息,并计算泄露量以及残留量。
