The invention discloses an axis angle adjusting device of a dragging motor and a control method of the axis angle adjusting device. The axis angle adjusting device comprises a bearing beam, a first lifting mechanism, a second lifting mechanism and a control module. A dragging motor is fixed on the bearing beam, and an output shaft of the dragging motor is parallel to the length direction of the bearing beam; the lifting end of the first lifting mechanism and the lifting end of the second lifting mechanism are connected with the two ends of the bearing beam through hinges correspondingly. The control module is electrically connected with the first lifting mechanism and the second lifting mechanism. The control module is used for adjusting the first lifting mechanism and the second lifting mechanism to cooperatively lift the bearing beam so as to enable an output shaft of the dragging motor to be aligned with a preset position on the test platform. And the lifting end of the first lifting mechanism and the lifting end of the second lifting mechanism are adjusted to synchronously conduct circular motion so that the output shaft of the dragging motor can rotate to the preset angle. The adjusting device is applied to a full-size ground test platform of a high-capacity wind turbine generator, and meets the public and comprehensive test requirements of wind turbine generators with different dip angles.
本发明的一种拖动电机的轴线角度调节装置及其控制方法,包括承载梁、第一举升机构、第二举升机构及控制模块。承载梁上固定拖动电机,拖动电机的输出轴与承载梁的长度方向平行设置;第一举升机构的举升端和第二举升机构的举升端分别与承载梁的两端铰链连接;控制模块分别与第一举升机构和第二举升机构电连接;控制模块用于调节第一举升机构和第二举升机构协同举升承载梁以使拖动电机的输出轴对准试验平台上的预设位置,并且以预设位置为圆心,调节第一举升机构的举升端和第二举升机构的举升端同步进行圆周运动以使拖动电机的输出轴旋转至预设角度。该调节装置应用于大容量风电机组全尺寸地面试验平台,满足不同倾角风电机组公共、全面的测试需求。
