The anti-sliding hanger structure comprises a hanger body, a fixing ring, a flexible connecting piece and a wedge-shaped block, a T-shaped sleeving groove corresponding to a T-shaped profile is formed in the hanger body for sleeving type hanger hoisting, an open groove is formed in the sleeving face of the hanger body, one end of the flexible connecting piece is fixed to the fixing ring, and the other end of the flexible connecting piece is connected with the wedge-shaped block. During hoisting operation, the wedge-shaped block is inserted into the open groove, so that the hanger body is tightly sleeved with the irregular component, the gravity center of the irregular component is prevented from shifting, and the sliding risk of the sleeved hanger is avoided.
