The invention relates to the technical field of wind power blade lifting, in particular to an I-shaped foldable wind power blade lifting appliance which comprises a linear beam, end beams are fixedly connected to the two ends of the linear beam respectively, and a long folding beam and a short folding beam are arranged at the two ends of each end beam respectively. Blade root pocket lifting belts for lifting blade roots are respectively arranged below the long folding beam and the short folding beam at one end of the linear beam, and blade tip pocket lifting belts for lifting blade tips are respectively arranged below the long folding beam and the short folding beam at the other end of the linear beam; the long folding beam and the short folding beam are rotationally connected with one end of a fixing rod through a first support, the other end of the fixing rod is arranged on one side of the linear beam, and the fixing rod is used for controlling unfolding and folding of the long folding beam and the short folding beam. The folding function is achieved through the long folding beams and the short folding beams, the width of the lifting appliance is effectively reduced, the self weight of the lifting appliance is effectively reduced, the cost of the lifting appliance is reduced, and the blades can be effectively lifted.

    本发明涉及风电叶片吊运技术领域,特别是涉及一种工字型可折叠风电叶片吊具,包括一字梁,一字梁的两端分别固定连接有端梁,端梁的两端分别设置有长折叠梁和短折叠梁,一字梁一端的长折叠梁和短折叠梁的下方分别设置有用于吊装叶片叶根的叶根兜吊吊带,一字梁另一端的长折叠梁和短折叠梁的下方分别设置有用于吊装叶片叶尖的叶尖兜吊吊带;长折叠梁和短折叠梁分别通过第一支座转动连接有固定杆的一端,固定杆的另一端设置在一字梁的一侧,固定杆用于控制长折叠梁、短折叠梁的展开和折叠。本发明通过长折叠梁和短折叠梁实现折叠功能,有效减小了吊具的宽度,且有效减轻了吊具的自重,并降低了吊具的成本,能够对叶片进行有效的吊运。
