The invention discloses an elevator car operation condition detection method and system based on the Internet of Things, and the method comprises the following steps: data collection: collecting passenger flow data and equipment state data of an elevator car, the equipment state data comprising car starting and braking acceleration, vibration data, operation speed and noise information; data processing: preprocessing the collected data, including data cleaning and data normalization; building an elevator car danger early warning network EHPNet model which comprises a Transform encoder, a GNN (Global Navigation Network) and a fusion prediction layer; and the elevator car danger early warning network EHPNet model is trained. According to the starting and braking acceleration, the vibration data, the operation speed, the noise information and the passenger flow data in the elevator operation process, the model is built, whether the elevator car operation condition meets the requirement or not is predicted, the elevator car movement condition is detected, and the detection efficiency is improved.

    本申请公开了一种基于物联网的电梯轿厢运行工况检测方法及系统,方法包括如下步骤:数据采集,采集电梯轿厢的人流量数据和设备状态数据,所述设备状态数据包括轿厢起制动加速度、振动数据、运行速度和噪声信息;数据处理,对采集的数据进行预处理,包括数据清洗和数据归一化;构建电梯轿厢危险预警网络EHPNet模型,包括Transformer编码器、GNN和融合预测层;对所述电梯轿厢危险预警网络EHPNet模型进行训练。本申请根据电梯运行过程中的起制动加速度、振动数据、运行速度、噪声信息以及人流量数据构建模型并预测电梯轿厢运行工况是否符合要求,实现对电梯轿厢运动工况的检测,提高检测效率。
