The I-shaped cell element is I-shaped on the whole, and the I-shaped cell element is of an up-and-down symmetrical structure and a left-and-right symmetrical structure in a plane.     本发明公开了一种负泊松比内凹工字形蜂窝结构及面向行人保护的夹层式发动机罩,其由多个工字形胞元在同一平面内周期性排列构成,且左右相邻的工字形胞元交错紧密排列,上下相邻的工字形胞元对齐紧密排列,所述工字形胞元整体呈工字形,且工字形胞元自身在平面内既为上下对称结构又为左右对称结构。本发明通过设计内凹工字形蜂窝结构的负泊松比超材料,负泊松比材料在受到拉伸载荷会发生同向膨胀,受到压缩载荷会同向收缩,与常规正泊松比材料的拉伸收缩机制完全相反,冲击载荷效率明显提高,将负泊松比内凹工字形蜂窝结构作为夹层式发动机罩的填充芯材,在碰撞时具有更柔和的缓冲吸能过程,有助于降低头部冲击时的初始峰值撞击力。
