The invention provides a vehicle brake switch fault diagnosis method and device. The method comprises the steps of obtaining a main cylinder pressure signal, a push rod stroke and a brake switch signal of a target vehicle; the current brake depth compensation amount is determined according to the main cylinder pressure signal, the push rod stroke and the brake switch signal; the braking depth is calculated according to the push rod stroke and the braking depth compensation amount; and judging whether the brake switch has a fault according to the brake depth, the brake depth effectiveness and the brake switch state. If the pedal is treaded, the brake switch is not set, and the brake depth is greater than the threshold value, determining that the brake switch has a fault; if the brake pedal is not stepped on, the brake switch is set, and the brake depth is smaller than the threshold value, it is determined that the brake switch breaks down. According to the method and device, the fault state of the brake switch can be judged according to the brake switch state and the brake depth, the accuracy is good, the applicability is high, and the vehicle driving safety can be improved.

    本申请提供一种车辆制动开关故障诊断方法及装置,该方法包括:获取目标车辆的主缸压力信号、推杆行程以及制动开关信号;根据主缸压力信号、推杆行程以及制动开关信号确定当前的制动深度补偿量;根据推杆行程、制动深度补偿量计算制动深度大小;根据制动深度,制动深度有效性和制动开关状态判断制动开关是否存在故障。若踩下踏板,制动开关未置位,且制动深度大于阈值,则确定制动开关存在故障;若未踩下制动踏板,制动开关置位,制动深度小于阈值,则确定制动开关存在故障。该方法及装置能够根据制动开关状态和制动深度判断制动开关的故障状态,准确性好,适用性强,有利于提升车辆驾驶的安全性。
