The invention discloses a stability-based multi-working-condition composite braking control method for an electric vehicle, which comprises the following steps of: introducing an optimized objective function according to information such as required braking strength, battery charge state and motor rotating speed of a driver, and determining an electric braking and hydraulic braking distribution proportion of a front axle and a rear axle; according to the yaw velocity of the vehicle, whether the vehicle is braked on the split road surface or not is determined; if yes, the ABS is switched into low-selection control, and meanwhile a motor provides braking torque to keep the vehicle stable; otherwise, the ABS is switched to the single-wheel control mode; through normal brake pressure control and brake disc speed control, the stick-slip vibration phenomenon of a brake block in the constant-speed downhill friction braking process is restrained. When the composite braking method is used for braking the electric vehicle, the braking force required by a driver can be tracked at lower cost; the braking stability and energy recovery of the vehicle are both considered under the emergency braking of the split road surface; stick-slip vibration is restrained in the constant-speed downhill process, and abrasion of a brake block is reduced.

    本发明公开了基于稳定性的电动车辆的多工况复合制动控制方法,根据驾驶员的需求制动强度、电池荷电状态、电机转速等信息,引入优化目标函数,确定前后轴的电制动和液压制动分配比例;根据车辆的横摆角速度大小确定车辆是否在对开路面上进行制动;若是则将ABS切换为低选控制,同时由电机提供制动转矩保持车辆稳定;否则将ABS切换到单轮控制模式;通过法向制动压力控制和制动盘速度控制,抑制匀速下坡摩擦制动过程中的制动块粘滑振动现象。采用该复合制动方法对电动车辆进行制动,可在较低的成本下实现驶员制动力需要的跟踪;在对开路面紧急制动下兼顾车辆制动的稳定性和能量回收;在匀速下坡过程中抑制粘滑振动,减少制动块磨损。
