In order to achieve the purpose, energy management is carried out on the whole discharging and charging process of the vehicle in the scheme provided by the invention; in the energy management process of the discharging process, the working condition of the whole vehicle is comprehensively analyzed, and an optimal energy distribution strategy is obtained in combination with the travel demand of a user; before the travel is started, a user can input the starting point and the ending point of the travel through the man-machine interaction module, and the vehicle calculates the mileage required by the travel and compares the mileage with the remaining driving mileage of the vehicle.
