The invention relates to the technical field of power panel overload protection, and discloses a charging pile power panel overload protection method, device and equipment and a storage medium, and the method comprises the steps: dividing a PCBA board into a plurality of thermal calculation nodes, and building a heat transfer equation set; calculating a dynamic temperature rise characteristic curve; combining the dynamic temperature rise characteristic curve with rated parameters of the component, and solving a maximum safety current value; acquiring an original multi-dimensional data set by using a charging pile test platform, and performing clustering analysis and overload feature recognition to obtain a target overload feature vector; inputting the target overload feature vector into an overload risk assessment model for overload risk assessment to obtain an overload risk judgment result; based on the maximum safety current value and the overload risk judgment result, a multi-level PWM control strategy is adopted, the PWM duty ratio and frequency are dynamically adjusted at a zero-current switching point, and a charging control signal is output. According to the method, the reliability of overload risk judgment is improved, and the misjudgment rate and the missed judgment rate are reduced.

    本发明涉及电源板过载保护技术领域,公开了一种充电桩电源板过载保护方法、装置、设备及存储介质,其中,该方法包括:将PCBA板划分为多个热计算节点并建立传热方程组;计算动态温升特性曲线;将动态温升特性曲线与元器件的额定参数结合,求解最大安全电流值;利用充电桩测试平台采集原始多维数据集,并进行聚类分析和过载特征识别,得到目标过载特征向量;将目标过载特征向量输入过载风险评估模型进行过载风险评估,得到过载风险判定结果;基于最大安全电流值和过载风险判定结果,采用多层级PWM控制策略,在零电流开关点动态调整PWM占空比和频率,输出充电控制信号。该方法提高了过载风险判定的可靠性,降低了误判率和漏判率。
