The photovoltaic control module is connected with the battery pack through the voltage-stabilizing charging module, and the battery pack is connected with the voltage-stabilizing charging module through the energy storage battery pack input module. The problem that the light energy conversion efficiency of a photovoltaic panel on an existing charging platform is insufficient is solved.
