The invention discloses a vertical multi-layer AGV charging station which comprises a supporting frame, charging bins which are evenly distributed are arranged in the supporting frame, the upper surface of the supporting frame is fixedly connected with a first protection shell, and the vertical multi-layer AGV charging station further comprises a fixed charging mechanism and a conveying mechanism; the fixed charging mechanism comprises lead screw mounting bases, first lead screws, first sliding blocks, rubber pads and first electric telescopic rods, the lead screw mounting bases are fixedly connected to the left side and the right side of the lower surface of the interior of the charging bin, the first lead screws are rotationally connected to the interiors of the lead screw mounting bases, and the first sliding blocks are in threaded connection to the outer surfaces of the first lead screws; the lower surfaces of the first sliding blocks are slidably connected to the inner wall of the lead screw mounting base. According to the vertical multi-layer AGV charging station, an AGV can be automatically charged, the AGV is moved into the charging bin through the conveying mechanism, then charging port butt joint is conducted on the AGV through the fixed charging mechanism, charging is completed, the automation degree is high, and the burden of operators is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种立式多层AGV充电站,包括支撑架,所述支撑架内部设有均匀分布的充电仓,支撑架的上表面固定连接有保护壳一,还包括固定充电机构和输送机构;固定充电机构:包括丝杆安装座、丝杆一、滑块一、橡胶垫和电动伸缩杆一,所述丝杆安装座分别固定连接于充电仓的内部下表面左右两侧,丝杆安装座的内部均转动连接有丝杆一,丝杆一的外表面均螺纹连接有滑块一,滑块一的下表面均滑动连接于丝杆安装座的内壁,该立式多层AGV充电站,能够自动化对AGV进行充电,通过输送机构将AGV运动至充电仓内,之后通过固定充电机构对AGV进行充电端口对接完成充电,自动化程度较高,减少操作人员负担。
