A wrapping air port fixedly communicated with the negative pressure air bag is formed in the butt joint plate, and the negative pressure air bag is assembled on the following two stations: a first station: the charging gun is driven to be inserted into a quick charging port, so that the negative pressure air bag is compressed to discharge air; according to the new energy charging equipment, when a charging gun is inserted into a quick charging opening, a negative pressure air bag in the charging gun is compressed to exhaust internal air, and when the charging gun is completely inserted into the quick charging opening for butt joint charging, the negative pressure air bag rebounds to suck residual air between the charging gun and the quick charging opening so as to generate negative pressure, and the anti-loosening effect is achieved; and the situation of loosening caused by external force impact after butt joint is avoided.

    本发明公开了一种新能源汽车充电桩,包括充电枪和逆变箱,所述充电枪上设置有负压吸附机构,所述负压吸附机构包括设置于所述充电枪上的外壳仓内的负压气囊,所述充电枪上设置有对接板,所述对接板上开设有固定连通所述负压气囊的包裹气口,所述负压气囊被装配于以下两个工位:第一工位:所述充电枪受驱插入快充口,以使所述负压气囊压缩出气。具体涉及新能源充电设备,该发明在将充电枪插入快充口时,充电枪内的负压气囊会被压缩将内部的气体排出,而当充电枪完全插入快充口,进行对接充电时,负压气囊回弹抽吸充电枪和快充口之间的剩余空气,以产生负压,起到防松的效果,避免对接后的外力撞击进行松脱的情况。
