The invention provides a submarine buried pipeline measuring ship and a measuring method. The measuring vessel comprises: a working vessel; a seismic source and a hydrophone, wherein the seismic source and the hydrophone are arranged below the working ship in a manner that the height position of the seismic source and the height position of the hydrophone can be adjusted; and the pipeline instrument acquisition module is respectively connected with the seismic source and the hydrophone. According to the invention, the seismic source and the hydrophone are arranged below the working ship in a manner that the height position can be adjusted, so that the seismic source and the hydrophone can be effectively controlled to keep a stable immersion depth, and the maneuverability is flexible; the quality of measurement data of linear pipelines such as submarine buried pipelines, exposed pipelines and other metal obstacles can be improved, and the subsequent analysis precision is enhanced. Meanwhile, the ship can effectively improve the stability and reliability of data acquisition during operation of the pipeline instrument, and improves the positioning precision of the pipeline instrument.
