The self-checking valve comprises a valve body, the valve body and an armature are electromagnetic coupling pieces, the valve body is connected with a valve rod, a reset spring is arranged on the valve rod, and the reset spring provides restoring force for resetting of the armature and the valve rod after an electromagnetic valve is attracted; the upper end face of the one-way valve seat is attached to the lower end face of the valve body, the valve body comprises an upper end portion and a lower end portion, a double-sealing step is arranged between the upper end portion and the lower end portion, the upper end portion of the valve body and the armature are electromagnetic coupling pieces, and when the electromagnetic coil is powered up, suction force is generated between the valve body and the armature. By adopting the integral structure of the magnetism isolating tube, the valve rod, the valve body, the one-way valve seat and the annular filter screen and the design that the one-way valve ball and the valve body are connected with the double-sealing step, the riveting pressure with a large valve body is small, the electromagnetic valve part is not easy to deform, the air gap and stroke accuracy is accurately ensured, and the double-sealing structure correspondingly reduces external leakage and expansibility leakage caused by structural defects and is more reliable.

    本发明公开了一种用于onebox制动系统的自检阀及其自检系统,包括阀体,阀体与衔铁为电磁耦合件,阀体连接阀杆,阀杆上设置有复位弹簧,复位弹簧为电磁阀吸合后衔铁和阀杆复位提供恢复力;单向阀座的上端面与阀体下端面贴合,阀体包括上端部和下端部,上端部和下端部之间设置有双密封台阶,阀体的上端部与衔铁为电磁耦合件,在电磁线圈加电时,阀体与衔铁之间产生吸力,本发明可供onebox制动系统量产使用,采用隔磁管、阀杆、阀体、单向阀座与环形滤网整体式结构和单向阀球,阀体上连接双密封台阶的设计,与大阀体铆压力小,不易引起电磁阀零件变形,精确保证气隙和行程准确性,双密封结构对应减少结构缺陷引起外泄漏和扩展性泄漏更可靠。
