The invention belongs to the technical field of oil pipe anti-freezing, and provides a low-temperature anti-freezing and emission reduction integrated device of a fuel system and an anti-freezing method, and the low-temperature anti-freezing and emission reduction integrated device comprises a cooling system and a heating system; the cooling system comprises a low-temperature thermostat, a high-temperature thermostat, a one-way valve and a water pump which are sequentially connected with an engine through a cooling liquid pipe, the water pump is connected with the engine, and the low-temperature thermostat is connected with the water pump through a cooling liquid pipe. A tail gas waste heat recovery device is sleeved on the cooling liquid pipe between the engine and the low-temperature thermostat; the heating system comprises a three-way valve, a thermoelectric device, a storage battery, a controller and a heating wire which are sequentially connected between the engine and the oil tank, the heating wire is continuously wound on the oil supply pipeline and the oil return pipeline, the three-way valve is further connected with the tail gas waste heat recovery device, and the three-way valve and the thermoelectric device are connected to the exhaust pipe. The system has the advantages of overall freezing prevention, energy conservation, emission reduction and high environmental adaptability.

    本发明属于油管防冻技术领域,提供一种燃油系统的低温防冻与减排一体化装置及防冻方法,包括冷却系统和加热系统;所述冷却系统包括:通过冷却液管依次与发动机连接的低温节温器、高温节温器、单向阀以及水泵,所述水泵与发动机连接,所述低温节温器与水泵之间通过一路冷却液管连接,位于所述发动机与低温节温器之间的冷却液管上套装有尾气余热回收装置;所述加热系统包括:依次连接在发动机和油箱之间的三通阀、热电装置、蓄电池、控制器以及加热丝,所述加热丝连续缠绕在供油管路及回油管路上,所述三通阀还与尾气余热回收装置连接,所述三通阀与热电装置连接在所述排气管上。本发明具有整体防冻、节能减排、环境适应性强的优点。
