The invention discloses a range-extended hybrid vehicle well repairing machine which comprises a chassis module, a well repairing module and a power module, the well repairing module and the power module are arranged above the chassis module, the chassis module comprises a chassis, a front axle and a rear axle, the front axle and the rear axle are arranged below the chassis, and the well repairing module comprises a transmission case, a transfer case and a winch module. The power module comprises a generator set, a high-voltage electric cabinet, a battery cabinet, a variable frequency motor and an electric control cabinet; through cooperative use of all parts in the power module, mechanical energy generated by the engine is converted into electric energy to provide energy for the workover rig, the engine is always at a relatively stable rotating speed in the power generation process, and the heat efficiency of the engine is high; under the two working conditions of lowering of a lifting system and deceleration of vehicle running, the variable frequency motor is driven to rotate reversely, gravitational potential energy of hook loading of a large hook and vehicle kinetic energy are converted into electric energy to charge a battery cabinet, and the energy-saving effect is achieved; by arranging the external interface on the high-voltage electric cabinet, the diversity and flexibility of power selection of the workover rig are improved.

    本发明公开了一种增程式混动车装修井机,包括底盘模块、设置在底盘模块上方的修井模块和动力模块,底盘模块包括底盘和设置在底盘下方的前桥和后桥,修井模块包括传动箱、分动箱和绞车模块,动力模块包括发电机组、高压电柜、电池柜、变频电机和电控柜;本发明通过动力模块中各部件的配合使用,将发动机产生的机械能转化成电能对修井机提供能源,发电过程中发动机始终处于一个比较稳定的转速,发动机的热效率高;在提升系统下放和车辆行驶减速这两种工况下,通过带动变频电机反转,将大钩钩载的重力势能和车辆动能转换为电能对电池柜进行充电,实现节能的效果;通过在高压电柜上设置外接接口,增加了修井机动力选择的多样性和灵活性。
