The invention relates to a two-way winch traction system of a derrick decomposition tower, which comprises a two-way winch, a traction rope and pulleys mounted on two sides of the head of a derrick, and the two-way winch is mounted on the upper side of the head of the derrick; the two-way winch comprises a base and a winding drum rotationally installed on the base, a threaded wiring groove is formed in the winding drum, and after the traction rope is wound around the threaded wiring groove of the winding drum for 4-5 circles, the two ends of the traction rope are led out and wound around the tackles on the two sides respectively, and one end of the traction rope is connected with the hoisting tackle set or the hoisting piece. The traction system of the derrick decomposition tower is simplified, the labor intensity of workers is relieved, and the construction safety is improved; the forward and reverse rotation of the bidirectional winch can realize the tight winding state of the traction rope and the winding drum, and the tower pieces on the two sides can be hoisted by changing the rotation direction of the motor, so that the hoisting efficiency of tower assembling construction is greatly improved; the additional axial pressure generated by the traction rope on the derrick is eliminated, the stability of the derrick is improved, or the size of the derrick can be reduced.

    本发明涉及一种抱杆分解组塔的双向卷扬机牵引系统,包括双向卷扬机、牵引绳和安装于抱杆头部两侧的滑车,所述双向卷扬机安装于抱杆头部上侧;所述双向卷扬机包括底座和转动安装于底座上的卷筒,所述卷筒上设有螺纹走线槽,所述牵引绳缠绕于卷筒的螺纹走线槽4~5圈后两端引出并分别绕过两侧的滑车后其中一端与起吊滑车组或吊件联接。本发明简化了抱杆分解组塔的牵引系统,减轻工人劳动强度,提高施工安全性;双向卷扬机正、反向转动均能实现牵引绳与卷筒处于紧绕状态,改变电机的转向即可实现两侧的塔片吊装,从而大大提高组塔施工的吊装效率;消除牵引绳对抱杆产生的附加轴向压力,提高了抱杆的稳定性或可减小抱杆的尺寸。
