The invention discloses a wind-resistant lifting appliance for overall lifting of a large-span heavy steel box girder and a lifting method. The wind-resistant lifting appliance comprises a damping hydraulic cylinder and a lifting box which are connected in a hinged mode. A hydraulically-driven damping plunger assembly is arranged in the damping hydraulic cylinder, a damping piston rod is movably arranged in the damping plunger assembly, the position of the damping piston rod is limited through a compression spring and a tension spring which are arranged in parallel and provided with prestress, supporting rigidity is provided, and the damping piston rod generates motion damping through damping oil. In the whole hoisting process of the heavy steel box girder by the wind-resistant hoisting tool, the hoisting box rotates by actively driving the damping hydraulic cylinder, so that the steel wire rope generates a horizontal component force opposite to the swinging direction of the steel box girder, and the swinging amplitude of the steel box girder is actively inhibited; or the hoisting box passively rotates when swinging along with the steel box girder, so that the damping piston rod moves, the swinging energy of the steel box girder is absorbed through the pressure spring, the tension spring and the damping oil, and the swinging of the steel box girder is passively inhibited, thereby greatly reducing the requirement on static wind load level when the whole steel box girder is hoisted.

    一种大跨径重型钢箱梁整体吊装用抗风吊具及吊装方法,抗风吊具包括铰接连接的阻尼液压缸、吊箱;阻尼液压缸中设置有液压驱动的阻尼柱塞组件,阻尼柱塞组件中活动设置有阻尼活塞杆,阻尼活塞杆通过并联设置、且设有预应力的压簧、拉簧限定其位置并提供支撑刚度,通过阻尼油使其产生运动阻尼;抗风吊具实施重型钢箱梁整吊装体过程中,通过主动驱动阻尼液压缸使吊箱发生转动,使钢丝绳产生与钢箱梁摆动方向相反的水平分力,主动抑制钢箱梁的摆动幅度;或吊箱随钢箱梁摆动时被动发生转动,使阻尼活塞杆发生移动,通过压簧、拉簧以及阻尼油吸收钢箱梁的摆动能量,被动抑制钢箱梁摆动,从而大幅降低钢箱梁整体吊装时对静风荷载等级的要求。
