The invention provides a shipborne helicopter electro-hydraulic composite drive type rapid mooring system and a control strategy thereof. A hybrid power technology is adopted, a linear driving system capable of independently or simultaneously providing power is designed, and the linear driving system comprises a power dividing unit, an electric transmission unit, a hydraulic transmission unit, a power converging unit and a load unit; torque and rotating speed provided by a servo motor pass through the power dividing unit, namely a first differential gear box, and then power is divided to a pump gear shaft and an auxiliary gear shaft through a motor shaft gear; the hydraulic transmission unit transmits energy to a pump/motor gear shaft through a pump-motor system, the electric transmission unit transmits the energy to a second auxiliary gear shaft through a fourth coupler, power converging is completed through the power converging unit, namely, a second differential gear box driving gear shaft, and power is provided for a load unit. And a corresponding control strategy is provided, so that high-power output, high-precision control and high-efficiency operation of the hybrid power linear driving system are realized.

    本发明提供一种船载直升机电液复合驱动式快速系留系统及其控制策略。本发明采用混合动力技术,设计可以独立或同时提供动力的直线驱动系统,包括功率分流单元、电气传动单元、液压传动单元、功率合流单元和负载单元;伺服电机提供的力矩和转速经过所述功率分流单元,即第一差速齿轮箱,而后通过电机轴齿轮将功率分流给泵齿轮轴和辅助齿轮轴;液压传动单元将能量通过“泵‑马达”系统传输给泵/马达齿轮轴,电气传动单元将能量通过第四联轴器传输给第二辅助齿轮轴,经过所述的功率合流单元,即第二差速齿轮箱主动齿轮轴完成功率合流,为负载单元提供动力。并提出相应的控制策略,实现混合动力直线驱动系统的高功率输出、高精度控制以及高效率作业。
