The invention relates to the field of offshore wind power, in particular to an intelligent liftable offshore floating type wind power foundation and a control method thereof.The wind power foundation comprises a lifting device used for driving a floating platform to ascend and descend along pile legs and locking the position of the floating platform; the wave power generation device comprises a transmission rod and a floater, and the floater is connected to the outer side of the floating platform through the transmission rod; the flow velocity sensor is mounted on the floater and is used for measuring the real-time flow velocity of seawater; the wind speed sensor is mounted on the fan and used for measuring the real-time wind speed; and the intelligent control system is used for controlling the lifting device to drive the floating platform to lift up and down along the pile legs according to the real-time flow velocity data and the real-time wind speed data. According to the intelligent liftable offshore floating type wind power foundation, the floating platform can be automatically and intelligently controlled to ascend and descend to the safe position according to the wind speed and flow speed conditions under the severe weather condition, so that the stability of the floating platform under the severe weather condition is improved, and the overall wind wave resistance is improved.
