The invention relates to a whole-vehicle arrangement structure of a full-load hydrogen fuel passenger car. The whole-vehicle arrangement structure is provided with a full-load whole vehicle and framework assembly which is formed by welding a bottom framework assembly and a car body assembly; a front suspension assembly and a power battery are arranged at the front part of the bottom framework assembly; the power battery is positioned in the middle of the front suspension assembly; a hydrogen bottle is arranged in the middle of the bottom framework assembly and transversely arranged at the rear end of the middle of the bottom framework assembly. A rear suspension assembly and a hydrogen fuel cell are arranged at the rear part of the bottom framework assembly; the hydrogen fuel cell is arranged in the middle of the tail end of the bottom framework assembly; and the intake and exhaust parts of the hydrogen fuel cell are positioned on the left lower layer of the hydrogen fuel cell. The whole vehicle arrangement structure is compact in chassis structure, high in adaptability, large in space, high in space utilization rate and better in overall strength; the chassis integration degree is high, and the whole vehicle cost is reduced; the ground clearance is large, the trafficability inside and outside the automobile is good, the view is not shielded, and the riding comfort is good; the whole vehicle is low in gravity center, higher in control stability and good in safety; and the whole vehicle is higher in appearance integrity and more attractive.

    本发明涉及一种全承载氢燃料客车整车布置结构,其具有底骨架总成与车身总成通过焊接组成全承载整车及骨架总成;底骨架总成前部布置有前悬架总成、动力电池;动力电池位于前悬架总成的中间;底骨架总成中部布置有氢瓶,氢瓶横置于底骨架总成中部靠后一端;底骨架总成后部布置有后悬架总成和氢燃料电池;氢燃料电池布置在底骨架总成的尾端中部,氢燃料电池的进、排气部分位于氢燃料电池左侧下层。本发明整车布置结构,底盘结构紧凑、适应性强、空间大、空间利用率高,整体强度更好;底盘集成度高,整车成本降低;离地间隙大,车内、外通过性好、视野无遮挡,乘坐舒适性好;整车重心低,具有更强操纵稳定性,安全性好;整车外观整体性更强,更美观。
