The three-phase winding inductors and the bus capacitors in the two motors of the vehicle are reused, the two controlled switches are arranged to form the boost charging control circuit, direct-current boost charging can be achieved, the charging requirement of high charging voltage of a power battery can be met, and the charging efficiency is improved. An external independent boost control box and an external independent boost inductor do not need to be additionally arranged, the overall structure is simple, the arrangement difficulty of a whole vehicle system and the failure rate of the system are reduced, and the stability and safety of the system are improved.
