The invention belongs to the technical field of non-ferrous metal processing, and particularly discloses a metastable beta titanium alloy workpiece with high molybdenum equivalent and a preparation method and application thereof.The preparation method comprises the steps that (1) titanium alloy powder is prepared and screened, the titanium alloy powder with the particle size being 53-150 microns and the oxygen content being 600-1200 ppm is obtained, the sphericity degree of the titanium alloy powder is required to be larger than or equal to 90%, and the hollow proportion of the titanium alloy powder is required to be smaller than or equal to 0.1%; 2) carrying out hot isostatic pressing treatment on the screened titanium alloy powder, wherein the hot isostatic pressing treatment comprises the operations of cleaning and drying a prefabricated sheath, vacuumizing and sealing, heating and boosting and the like to obtain an intermediate; and (3) the intermediate is subjected to two-phase region solid solution and aging treatment, and a target workpiece is obtained. According to the preparation method, a part with a micron-sized uniform structure and balanced strength-plasticity-toughness can be obtained, near-net forming of a complex structure is achieved, the material utilization rate is increased, the prepared metastable beta titanium alloy structural part with the high molybdenum equivalent can be used for novel aerospace vehicles, and it is guaranteed that the material preparation process is feasible and reliable.
本发明属于有色金属加工技术领域,具体公开了一种高钼当量亚稳β钛合金制件、制备方法及其应用,该制备方法包括:1)制备钛合金粉末并筛分,得到粒度为53μm~150μm,氧含量为600ppm~1200ppm的钛合金粉末,且要求其球形度≥90%,空心比例≤0.1%;2)对筛分后的钛合金粉末进行热等静压处理,包括清洗干燥预制的包套、抽真空封焊、升温升压等操作以得到中间体;3)对中间体进行两相区固溶与时效处理,获得目标制件。本发明可获得具有微米级均匀组织、强‑塑‑韧平衡的制件,实现复杂结构近净成形,提升材料利用率,所制备的高钼当量亚稳β钛合金结构件可用于新型航空航天器,保障材料制备工艺可行可靠。
