The invention relates to a community traffic flow prediction and optimization system based on artificial intelligence, and belongs to the technical field of traffic management. The system comprises a data acquisition module, a data preprocessing module, a feature extraction module, a model prediction module, an optimization control module and a user interface module. By arranging cameras and sensors on main intersections and roads of a community, traffic flow data are collected in real time, and data preprocessing is carried out in combination with GPS data, historical traffic data and meteorological data. Through feature extraction and selection, a machine learning or deep learning model is trained, and accurate prediction of the community traffic flow is realized. After the system is deployed, a prediction result is displayed through a visual interface, and the duration of the traffic lights is dynamically adjusted and the traffic flow is optimized according to the prediction result, so that the traffic management efficiency is improved and the traffic jam problem is relieved.

    本发明涉及一种基于人工智能的社区交通流量预测与优化系统,属于交通管理技术领域。该系统包括数据采集模块、数据预处理模块、特征提取模块、模型预测模块、优化控制模块、用户接口模块;通过在社区主要路口和道路上布置摄像头和传感器,实时采集交通流量数据,结合GPS数据、历史交通数据和气象数据进行数据预处理。通过特征提取和选择,训练机器学习或深度学习模型,实现对社区交通流量的精准预测。系统部署后,通过可视化界面展示预测结果,并根据预测结果动态调整交通信号灯时长,优化交通流量,从而提高交通管理效率,缓解交通拥堵问题。
