The embodiment of the invention provides a highway bottleneck area traffic flow speed control method and system, a terminal and a medium, and belongs to the technical field of control, and the method specifically comprises the steps: obtaining the traffic information of a network connection vehicle, and judging whether a current road has a bottleneck area or not according to the traffic information; a dynamic deceleration area with the road section length being H is established on the upstream of the bottleneck area; road information of the bottleneck area and the dynamic deceleration area and traffic information of the network-connected vehicle are acquired and transmitted to the cloud; according to the road information and the traffic information, the optimal speed value of the networked vehicle entering the bottleneck area is calculated at the cloud by using a dynamic deceleration deep reinforcement learning model, and a deceleration instruction is formed and sent to the networked vehicle; and when the networked vehicles enter the dynamic speed reduction area, forming a motorcade by two adjacent front and back networked vehicles in the dynamic speed reduction area and the manual driving vehicle in the middle, executing a speed reduction instruction, and reducing the speed to the optimal speed value. Through the scheme disclosed by the invention, the regulation and control efficiency, accuracy and adaptability are improved, and the traffic smoothness, passing efficiency and safety are further improved.

    本公开实施例中提供了一种高速公路瓶颈区车流速度控制方法、系统、终端及介质,属于控制技术领域,具体包括:获取网联车的交通信息并据此判断当前道路是否存在瓶颈区;在瓶颈区上游建立一个路段长度为H的动态减速区;获取瓶颈区和动态减速区的道路信息以及网联车的交通信息并传递给云端;根据道路信息和交通信息,在云端利用动态减速深度强化学习模型计算网联车进入瓶颈区的最优速度值并形成减速指令发送至网联车;当网联车进入动态减速区时,将动态减速区内的相邻前后两辆网联车和中间的人工驾驶车辆组成车队并执行减速指令,减速至最优速度值。通过本公开的方案,提高了调控效率、精准度和适应性,进一步提高了交通流畅性、通行效率和安全性。
