The invention provides a self-adaptive regional intersection signal timing coordination control method. The method comprises the following steps: collecting intersection signal timing schemes and actual intersection data of different cities nationwide; constructing a database to store the data, and accessing the database into a virtual test and development tool (VTD); a graph neural network (GNN) is used for traffic signal coordination control, an intersection road network graph is constructed, a graph neural network model is trained, and the traffic flow relation between different intersections is learned, so that a signal timing scheme is optimized; constructing an interactive large language model, generating an optimal signal timing strategy in combination with the database and the graph neural network model, and feeding back the optimal signal timing strategy to a user; and performing optimization test verification through a VTD simulation tool. According to the method, the self-adaptability and optimization effect of intersection signal timing can be remarkably improved, traffic congestion is reduced, and the traffic efficiency is improved.

    本发明提出了一种自适应区域交叉口信号配时协调控制方法,该方法包括:收集全国范围内不同城市的交叉口信号配时方案与实际交叉口数据;构建数据库以存储上述数据,并将数据库接入虚拟测试与开发工具(VTD)中;利用图神经网络(GNN)进行交通信号协调控制,构建交叉口路网图,训练图神经网络模型,学习不同交叉口间的交通流量关系,从而优化信号配时方案;构建交互式大语言模型,并结合数据库和图神经网络模型,生成最优信号配时策略并反馈给用户;通过VTD仿真工具进行优化测试验证。本发明能够显著提升交叉口信号配时的自适应性和优化效果,减少交通拥堵,提高交通效率。
