The method comprises the steps of obtaining road end sensing data and vehicle end sensing data of a target area; determining traffic road condition information of the target area according to the road end sensing data and the vehicle end sensing data, and judging whether a congested road section exists in the target area according to the traffic road condition information; when it is determined that the congested road section exists in the target area, the forefront vehicle and the rear vehicle of the congested road section are determined according to the traffic road condition information, and the vehicle driving state of the forefront vehicle and the congested reason of the congested road section are determined; and generating driving decision information according to the vehicle driving state and the congestion reason, and pushing the driving decision information to a rear vehicle. The traffic efficiency and the driving experience of the user are improved, and the method can be applied to the technical field of road traffic.
