本发明公开一种扁线电机定子搬运方法及实现所述方法的吊具,包括使限位部向上运动,拨动垫板,使得垫板及转动部转动,根据定子尺寸选取一个搬运定子用垫板;选取垫板后,使限位部向下运动,竖直面底部缺口卡在垫板顶端两侧,转动部不再转动;向上提起套管,上部支片向靠近套管的方向运动,搬运定子的吊具外径减小,将垫板放入定子内部;垫板位于定子内部后,套管向下移动,上部支片转动向外撑开,吊具外径增大,垫板抵住定子内壁,向上提起吊环,吊具的外径持续增大,多个垫板与定子内壁贴合,移动吊具进行定子搬运作业;本发明在转动部外表面间隔设置多个不同厚度的垫板,通过选取不同厚度的垫板,使得本发明吊具可搬运不同尺寸的定子。
