The invention relates to an adjusting device and method for the unpowered diving speed of a submersible, the adjusting device is composed of a fixing plate, a transmission shaft, a speed limiting bearing and a rudder plate, water flow force in the unpowered diving process is used as power, magnetic attraction force between the rudder plate and the fixing plate is used as assistance, and unpowered periodic rotation of the rudder plate is achieved. The diving resistance is changed through opening and closing of the rudder plate, continuous and periodic change of the diving speed is achieved, and finally the intermittent speed reduction function is achieved. The diving speed regulation rule can be changed by adjusting the speed limiting rule of the speed limiting bearing/roller, the area of the rudder plate, the magnetic attraction force and the like. The device does not need energy and a driving mechanism, is independent in structure, convenient to install and suitable for full sea depth, and provides a new device and method for periodical adjustment of the diving speed.

    本发明涉及一种潜水器无动力下潜速度的调节装置及调节方法,由固定板、传动轴、限速轴承和舵板组成,利用无动力下潜过程中的水流力作为动力,再以舵板与固定板间磁吸力作为辅助,实现舵板无动力的周期性的转动。舵板的开合改变了下潜阻力,实现下潜速度的持续性周期性的改变,最终实现间歇降速的功能。通过调节限速轴承/滚轮的限速规律、舵板面积和磁吸力等可以实现对下潜调速规律的改变。本发明无需能源和驱动机构,结构独立,安装方便,适用于全海深,为下潜速度周期性调节提供了新的装置及方法。
