The system comprises an acquisition and control system, a power unit and two groups of secondary springs, wherein the two groups of secondary springs are symmetrically distributed between a vehicle body and a bogie; wherein each group of secondary springs comprises a railway vehicle air bag and an auxiliary height adjusting device; the railway vehicle air bag is arranged on the auxiliary height adjusting device; the auxiliary height adjusting device comprises an elevator or a hydraulic spring; the acquisition and control system is used for detecting height information of the vehicle bodies on the two sides, processing the height information of the vehicle bodies on the two sides and respectively outputting control signals for adjusting the heights of the two groups of secondary springs; and the power unit performs corresponding power output on the auxiliary height adjusting device on each side according to the control signal, so that the auxiliary height adjusting devices correspondingly stretch out and draw back to adjust the distance between an air bag and a bogie of the railway vehicle on the same side, and the height of the secondary spring is adjusted.
本发明涉及一种轨道交通智能二系悬挂系统及车辆。所述系统包括:采集和控制系统、动力单元和设置于车体和转向架之间的呈对称分布的两组二系簧;其中,每组二系簧包括:一个轨道车辆空气气囊和一个辅助高度调整装置;所述轨道车辆空气气囊设置于所述辅助高度调整装置之上;所述辅助高度调整装置包括:升降机或液压簧;所述采集和控制系统检测两侧车体的高度信息,并对两侧车体的高度信息进行处理,分别输出对两组二系簧进行高度调整的控制信号;所述动力单元根据所述控制信号对每一侧的辅助高度调整装置进行相应的动力输出,使得通过所述辅助高度调整装置进行相应的伸缩来调整同侧的轨道车辆空气气囊与转向架间的距离,从而调整二系簧的高度。
